ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a Business Coach Lead who will take up the task of building a relationship of trust and growth with our Business Coaches and clients. You will be responsible for leading the coaching efforts for  our coaching and training  clients.. This includes leading a team of coaches and initiating collaboration with cross-functional teams inside the company to deliver the best results, service and client experience that we can offer.  To be successful in this role, you have to be an outstanding leader and teacher, as well as be able to provide high-quality customer service to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Coach Lead Tasks

• Manage the recruiting, onboarding and managing of Business Coaches of our client programs.
• Manage the process of onboarding new clients including assigning coaching teams.
• Lead weekly meetings with Mastermind Business Coaches for purposes of providing guidance, implementing new strategies, and collaborating on way to improve and serve the clients
• Oversees coaches’ compliance in coaching guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate and lead meetings with internal team members to provide status updates on the Mastermind clients at least twice a month.
• Meet with program management weekly to discuss coaching clients and the status of the program.
• Serve as primary backup for business coaches.
• Creates detailed reports regarding participants in coaching sessions and provides strategies on how to improve engagement.
• Ensures timely communication with the mastermind clients for any relevant updates and/or responses.
• Joins informational and training meetings as needed to support program objectives.
• Reporting of necessary information during team meetings and at the end of each week.
• Ensure program updates are made and rolled out in a timely manner.
• Follow-up with program attendees to ensure attendance rate is maintained each week. 

Business Coach Tasks

• Facilitate monthly coaching sessions for Mastermind program clients.
• Provide clients with coaching notes, identifying key take-aways and/or to-dos.
• Host group coaching calls and Q&A sessions with our clients.
• Supports business strategy for clients, assists in identifying red flags and puts corrective measures in place.

About You:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or in a similar field.
• You have 5 or more years of Business Coaching experience.
• You are an excellent communicator able to give clear written and verbal communication to everyone.
• You have an excellent sense of leadership; it gives you fulfillment to see other people thrive under your guidance.
• You thrive on using your analytical skills in order to identify and solve issues before they arise.
• You can match the energy of clients with various personalities.
• Your experiences shape your ability to connect with clients and their goals.
• You love seeing people win and will do whatever you can to assist them in having what they need to be able to succeed.
• Seeing positive business outcomes as a result of your work excites and drives you further.
• You have an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited certification or similar.
